Submitting Artwork Requests
Once you have obtained high quality artwork from your customer, you are ready to
submit the artwork to Logo Mats Inc. We commonly refer to this as a ‘Proof Sketch
Request’. Once we receive your request, we strive to complete the Proof
Sketch within one (1) business day. The following list details your options for
submitting artwork in order of preference:
- Use the ‘Your Account’ feature of our web-site. Once logged
in, the easy to use form guides you through the necessary information and allows
you to attach the electronic image file. An automated acknowledgement will be sent
confirming that Logo Mats Inc. has received your request.
- Send an e-mail to
artwork@logomatsinc.com . Attach the electronic image, reference the logo name in
the subject line of the e-mail, and include the design particulars: size; orientation;
color scheme; background and/or border patterns. Please be certain to include your
contact information: company, address, and office telephone.
- Send a Next Day Air package. Enclose the original artwork you have
collected from your customer along with a completed Proof Sketch Order Form.
You may wish to make a photocopy of the artwork and provide directions as to placement

completed Proof Sketch.

your customer along with a completed Proof Sketch Order Form. You may wish

Viewing and Receiving the Proof Sketch
All you need is a computer, internet access and a color printer. As soon as Logo Mats Inc.
has processed your artwork request (typically within one business day), it may be
viewed on our web-site. Our designers will send an e-mail notification that the
design is complete and ready for your review.
Your company has its very own design library that is available within the Your Account
feature. In fact, every design we have produced for your company can be found
within the My Proofs section. Once you log-in, access the My Proofs to view the
sketch. You may print the sketch or forward the sketch to your customer by e-mail.
Your company contact information and logo will appear at the bottom of the sketch.
If you are not able to access the internet or receive e-mails, we will mail the
Proof Sketch to you. By furnishing your FedEx or UPS number, we can expedite the
delivery to you.
